Welcome to the PrimeCare health group's "Online Appointment" service, designed to offer you a convenient way to request an appointment with one of the doctors in the Central Region (Bismarck-Mandan only). Online appointments are not available for doctors in the Northern, Western and Southwestern Regions.

No appointments are necessary for the Mid Dakota TODAY Clinic located at 401 N. 9th St. in Bismarck. The TODAY Clinic is open 8AM to 8PM weekdays, and 9AM to 1PM weekends and all holidays except Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Come right in or call 530-6200 as early as 6AM weekdays.
